Introducing the Never Forgotten pendant—a timeless piece crafted from solid Sterling Silver or elegant 9kt yellow gold.  This unique piece captures the essence of your loved ones through a fingerprint pressed into a small wax ball.

Can be worn on a necklace as a pendant, or as a charm on hoops or a bracelet. Which can be bought separately on our website.

This piece can be created double or single sided with the option of adding an initial on the back of single sided pendants. 

How it works:

• Order Placement: Upon placing your order, a  wax kit will be dispatched within 7 business days. This kit includes all the necessary instructions and materials.

• Making your mark: Using the wax kit, create a unique fingerprint impression by pressing your finger into the wax. The distinctive mark you leave will be the heart of your pendant. Please note that a successful cast cannot be guaranteed if the wax is too thin. If you have any doubts please send us a mail with a few photos so that we can confirm whether or not the wax is correct. We will send 3 balls of wax, please send all three back as we need back-up incase there is a mis-cast on the first option.

• Shipping Back to Us: Once your wax pendant is ready to be transformed, simply contact us via email. We will arrange with our courier to collect your precious creation. Please note: return shipping must be organised within 2 weeks of the wax kit arriving at the customer. 

• Casting Lead Time: Upon receiving your kit, our skilled artisans will cast your pendant. The casting and hand finishing process takes roughly 14 business days, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Final Touch: Your finished piece will mirror the exact shape and size of the wax impression. It's crucial to ensure your satisfaction with the piece before sending it back. Follow the guidelines for the best quality impressions.

• Packaging and Shipping: Once the casting is complete, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped, ready to be treasured for a lifetime.

Please note that shipping costs for incorrect impressions having to be redone are for the customers account.
